So, In days every 2nd girl has hair fall problem, and we spend a lot of money in parlour.
 (आज कल हर दूसरी लड़की को बाल झड़ने की समस्या है, और हम ब्यूटी पार्लर में बहोत पैसे खर्च करते है)

So, here I'm gonna tell you home remedies to stop hair fall's.
(तो, यहाँ में आपको बालो को झड़ने से रोकने के लिए कुछ घरेलू नुस्खे बताऊ गी.)

Step 1. Buy some lemon.
             (कुछ नींबू खरीद ले.)

Step 2. Wash your hair with normal water.
              (अपने बालों को सामान्य पानी से धो ले.)

Step 3. Take one lemon and cut it from                        middle.
             (अब एक नींबू ले और उसे बीच मे से कट कर दे.)

Step 4. Now apply lemon juice on your                       scalp and also apply on your hair.
             (अब अपने स्कैल्प पर नींबू का रस लगाएं और                    अपने बालों पर भी लगाएं.)

Step 5. And leave it for 2 hours.
             (और इसे 2 घंटे के लिए छोड़ दें)

Step 6. After two Hours wash your hair                     again with normal water. And you                 don't need to  use shampoo again.
             (दो घंटे के बाद अपने बालों को फिर से सामान्य                    पानी से धो लें।  और आपको फिर से शैम्पू का                    उपयोग करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।.)

*This process may be takes two weeks time.

*इस प्रक्रिया में दो सप्ताह का समय लग सकता है.

Benefit of  lemon :-

●  The rich source of Vitamin C makes hair       long and strong.
     (विटामिन सी का समृद्ध स्रोत बालों को लंबा और                  मजबूत  बनाता है.)

●  It strengthens hair follicles thereby                 reducing hair fall.
     (यह बालों के रोम को मजबूत करता है जिससे बालों का        झड़ना कम होता है.)

●  It contains a compound called Limonene       which adds life to dull, frizzy hair.
     (इसमें लिमोनेन नामक एक यौगिक होता है जो सुस्त,            घुंघराले बालों में जीवन जोड़ता.)

●  Lemon has anti-fungal properties that          fight dandruff and other scalp fungal            infections.
   (नींबू में एंटी-फंगल गुण होते हैं जो रूसी और अन्य              खोपड़ी  कवक संक्रमणों से लड़ते हैं.)


●  Lemon is acidic which is effective in              cleansing the scalp of dead cells and              other deposits.
    (नींबू अम्लीय है जो मृत कोशिकाओं और अन्य जमा की        खोपड़ी को साफ करने में प्रभावी है.)
